Elmwood Veterinary Hospital / Hôpital Vétérinaire Elmwood

During this "Emergency State" we had to modify how we provide services in order to keep seeing patients curbside.This means that our four phone lines are going to be busy at times. We have to do all our patient check-ins, discharges and payments over the phone. We ask that you avoid getting mad at our staff in the parking lot because you couldn't get through our phones lines or because you were put on hold for awhile. Our hard working staff has to run around all day doing parking deliveries, pet pick ups, answer emails, pet drop offs, help the vets and answer phones. Because of the social distancing measures, we are limited on the amount of staff we can have in the building. This means please be patient, expect delays and please do not get frustrated at our staff as we are all doing our best. Thank you for your understanding.
